Very uncomftorble feeling. No professionalism. Management is degrading to its employees. Turn over rate is ridiculous! The employees take 0 pride in they're appearance and will not be back again. If a stylist can't take pride in their appearance they certainly can't for others. Same as management staff, I now understand the high Turn over rate. Definitely will not recommend to friends and colleagues.

I am not leaving my email address but I will leave you some constructive advice. Very simple - don't forget about this location. When you first opened, the place was great. Great service. Ingenious reward program. Great oversight of staff. You opened up another store and are no where to be seen. Reward program is gone - new one sucks. Cuts are not as good, new hairdressers now. Continuity is gone. You have a very young girl up front who can't keep track of who came first. I know you have lost some customers and maybe you got some new ones, but I'm telling you, this place is not as good as it used to be. And the reason is the owners are taking this place for granted and providing the leadership they once did. Take it for what it's worth.
